The VTIOA that show in my Commsec account I bought on market. If you acquired some VTIOA through a SPP and they are not showing up in your CHESS sponsored securities with your online broker then you should contact Computershare and they will talk you through how to convert them from Issuer Sponsored to CHESS sponsored. Usually the share registry has an online form that you can fill out to do this (I recall that is how it works at Automic.) Once CHESS sponsored they should show up in your Commsec account and you can trade them.
BTW, I'm changing my sentiment to none until we get another update from the company on sales. the truth is, this is a pure speculation holding for me.
