I wouldnt be discounting the possibility of a NWE takeover from either AWE or Bharat, no matter how "happy" the are with the "status quo". Its all about spreading risk and adding value. If the results come up as we all hope, then risk diminishes and value increases. Either suiter may look at EP413, and indeed the other NWE holdings as a low risk addition to their own portfolios, and if the NWE share price doesnt reflect the true value, then Bharat and AWE would be derelict in their duty to their respective shareholders not to attempt a takeover. IMO
