This consolidation is a bit of a rinse wash repeat cycle, just an excuse to do more capital raises with minimum dilution (lap 2). What would get me to invest is some major board changes, new slick management, ditch the graphite projects as its not working for them and focus on a small scale gold or small scale lithium or cobalt production, they can't go wrong.
