Eventually I reckon they'll buy out the minorities but at present what's the rush. I'd expect they'll make the offer when pessimism is highest and the company is on the cusp of better times.
They might first want to digest A1N (following its digestion of SXL) to create a SWM, PRIME, A1N, SXL media turducken.
