IMO,generally,share prices are controlled by big instos(maybe mainly by cover instos).
Instos get large dividends and trading profits from various companies' shares.
So maybe,instos need shares to be sacrified to make trading losses for reducing corporate tax every year.
IMO,maybe major shareholder wants to be paid dividend after its several purposes are achieved including news deals with big tech companies.
Until then,maybe SWM share price stays at low level.
