Maybe,individual shareholders have lower ratio of shares(=subtotal of individual shareholders' shares÷total shares in company) in NEC than in SWM.
Thus,evil minded big bear is manipulating SWM share price for its profit or cash flow by the way of selling at higher prices and buying at lower prices.
*If apply the same PE to NEC and SWM,share prices are like belows;
PE 20.21:NEC $1.72/SWM $1.29 (=$0.185÷2.89×20.21)
PE 2.89:SWM $0.185/NEC $0.245(=$1.72÷20.21×2.89)
