None of my posts have suggested such an outlandish and implausible scenario. It would be absurd to expect $3.65b of revenue from SWM when it currently produces approx $1.5b in gross revenue.
Shares trade at multiples of earnings which the market determines based upon its expectations for the business (often referred to as the market multiple). Currently the expectations for SWM are very low hence the opportunity to fill your boots with stock at 27.5 cents per share which is less than 3 times earnings.
An ASX Listed entity doesn't have to make $3.65b of revenue to be priced at north of $2.3b in market cap. My view has always been that the market has missed the very obvious- that FY25 profitability and revenue growth will be massive and at the current prices of 27 cents per share you aren't paying anything for this massive near term share price upside. This coupled with the reasonable expectation that dividends will likely resume at the full year FY24 Results means (and I cannot emphasize this enough) a much, much, much higher share price.
