why take it over when KS can just mess around using investor money? Boral is being treated like a business for SGH, SWM is simply a tool for his conservative agenda and keeping onside his lackeys. That's why you keep seeing the shitshows like Ben R Smith and Bruce Lehrmann, it's not just the company culture, it's the company's MO.
