Have a controlling shareholder like KS usually (even always?is advantage rather than disadvantage according Warren Buffett for serious long term investor. KS prove himself is smart entrepreneur by self made billionaire, and always seriously make business decisions with long term prospects. (may be not always right), that's because he just skin in the game ,as simple as that.
I have share in star entertainment as well, look at ex- CEO rookie Cooke, totally stupid, reckless, arrogant, irresponsible person as he not own a single share of company. just get paid salary.
