FTA services companies should try to change the law that government does not allow advertisement expences paid to the foreign companies which do not pay corporate income tax or GST to Australian government(ATO) as below;
Ad expences not allowed amounts(add to profit before income tax when caculate corporate income tax)=Total paid ad expences to foreign companies ×(total revenues-export and foreign source revenues)÷Total revenues
*Apply the above method for GST.
