how likely if sgh offer 30c a share for swm get approved by outside passive minority shareholder give Swm price hitting so low. the private bid price to take over whole entity is not the exact same thing everyday volatile market price.during Covid period swm price go as low as 3c as I remembered then raise to 80C in 2022.that is market price fluctuations , but swm intrinsic value not change that much. btw, pls don't think controlling shareholder like ks can 100% controlling or manipulating market price to take advantage. for example sgh convert about 340 million preference share at price 1.28 to swm share back to year 2015, now drop to 21c , and also I remembered ks personal by over 1million at about 50c year 2022.
