I saw the most of programs of 7 and 7HD are the same.
If it is possible(if not possible Should try to change the regulations to possible),7HD should be let the third party use it after paying fees to SWM or SWM broadcasts 7HD likes SBS,but try to get programs free from the foreign national tv broadcasters.
