It's never easy to see a fundamentally solid company trading the way it does at the moment. I have spent my time in recent months researching SWM and in this case price is only a temporary indicator that will resolve within the next 12-18 months.

What makes all of the facts as they stand so incredibly valuable is that you can buy multi-bagger returns BECAUSE of the price.

The fact that SWM trades at these prices is the opportunity not the cost!

Markets pay those participants who can recognise repeating patterns massive financial returns.

The same current patterns of selling pressure mimic those experienced during Covid. Back then people were surprised by the digital growth that 7plus produced. Once again, they will be surprised by the massive exponential growth and profits that 7plus will produce.

No one talks about the fact that Q1 audience consumption of 7plus BVOD minutes is UP 40% YOY https://sevenwestmedia.com.au/assets/pdfs/Seven-is-Australias-fastest-growing-network.pdf and yet the expected BVOD revenue Growth is lagging behind at only double-digit growth rates (10-15% or so).

The fact is that advertising dollars follow audience consumption and this 25%+ of audience under monetisation will lead to some truly spectacular growth rates in 7plus revenue and profits in the Financial Year ahead.

Much like a coiled spring the greater the downward pressure placed upon SWM the greater the bounce …
