I concur. It's not a matter of if, but when.
Whilst I hope I'm wrong about the STO takeover failing to ignite SXY's share price in the immediate future, I'm still confident about SXY's long term prospects ... so much so that if SXY does drift back into its recent holding pattern, I'd be inclined to add to my (still overweight) position should SXY drift back to the mid 30s.
