    I've just been reading the latest news on the TO of STO. There are claims that Harbour may have to sell Cooper assets, other claims that these assets should be in effect nationalised. Clearly, Senex holds Cooper assets of national significance but do the obstacles Harbour is facing affect the TO potential of SXY? I really don't know and would appreciate the thoughts of others on this.
