RESPONSE....What do you mean by this.?...A) it did not happen ie, you are being sarcastic..or...B) yes Hummms DOM did look at Hellyer and dismissed the idea as being a quagmire.

Now for a few words of wisdom.

It typically takes on average 12 years for a new technology to become commercially accepted.
The INL technology may well be successfully developed but they typically have 4 years to go.

Can you hold the faith for that long ?
