I think there will probably be a lot hoping to take up any shortfall, therefore you will only get a portion of what you apply for.
At least buying INLR on market you get as many as you want.
Having said that, I should have been more patient and not bought at 0.012.
Looks like henrikc's previous post bought more buyers out!
