    To me this takeover doesn't make any sense. I don't see any synergies.

    It would have been better if Citigold management would spend its time increasing production.

    Only reason for takeover I can think of is creating a distraction so that Citigold shareholders won't revolt if targets are not met again. In all the press releases the production figures will be hard to notice.
