I was in CER before the big tumble - had had them for some years.

I dumped 'em a couple of days ago at $1.05 and bought into CNP.

UBS said it right in their analysis of Centro which was essentially the share price has nothing at all factored into it for Centro's property management business.

This is a lot like QBE in 2001. After the Twin Tower attacks QBE went to below $3.00 because of fear and fear alone about its exposure to insurance. And now, just over 6 years later it is trading around $30.00.

CNP or CER are indeed risky plays right now, but the worst you can do is negative 100% on the one hand and on the other hand the best you can do is ??? positive 100%? 200%?

Give the size of Centro and its asset base its rather unlikely it will go bust. But it could. So could any company.

But my reading of the situation is that the chance of share price growth is greater than the chance of share price falls - which makes it a buy right now.
