why the 12% fall?

I am new to ACL and really only in it because Skaffold's current valuation is 1.20 heading to high 2's in 2014/15 so of course it's a buy (if that's correct).
Can any true believers tell me 1)if these valuations tally with theirs (roughly)?
2)It seems the share price has
been pulling back (thankfully on low volume so hopefully it's not significant) since the day the annual report was released. Was there something in that report that displeased the market?
Would be grateful for info on these.
