2. DYOR It took me 3 minutes to get this revenue model, again. It is not a "One of charge". It is an ongoing monthly fee, and even with only a few companies signed on to the enterprise model, it adds up very fast. Also I don't think you understand how big companies like Johnson & Johnson, they have "quiet a few employees". They are actually the 7th largest company in the entire world, worth 280 Billion dollars. If that's not good enough for you, well...
3. The fees are not less than the 'gifts', which I am slightly unsure of what you are even talking about. If you mean that they are providing some features for free currently to get a foot in the door and spread the word, well I do not see how that is going to hurt them. But as far as I recall right now with an extreme hangover after my own 21st, they are not doing such a program.
4. So you're saying a company that had next to no revenue, and was just getting off the ground and was largely a prospective purchase at the time who didn't need an enormous amount of capital should have listed at a much higher price? Do you understand how this works?
