I do agree it's oversold but how about it's Tenant risk? Will their key tenants in Europe make it through and still be able to pay their leases post corona. That i think weighs down on the valuation metrics as much as the share price.
I haven't been able to follow European economic news as much as Aus, US and china but would be interested if anyone knew.
