I think part of the reason is that the people that now own the BNB debt has changed, I think it may be hedge funds or something similar and they would have bought the BNB debt at a discounted price therefore they would make a deal for the BBP debt that is profitable compared to what they paid for the debt rather than have to stand behind the BBP Bank Syndicate in administration, and they know by doing this the value of the shares they received with this good news will give them additional profit.
