I for one think this stock still has quite a bit of upside potential and happy to just wait and se how it all pans out.

I am very worried about this stock, because think about this , if the tax dosent influence CDC , then it will not influence bal.bkl,a2m and those stocks will stkyrocket very quickly and investors will not be interested in CDC as they believe chinese won't trust their own brand anyway. however if the tax thing is a confirmed real threat, then pretty much bal,bkl,a2m and CDC are all on the same boat.
