You are quite right. I did a search and according to the results it seems that DB Group does indeed hold shares in FML off the books through that company. So, this will be the one to watch. I forgot about this possibility, that is, to off the book investments about which I though regulators had already addressed by forcing off the book transactions to be fully disclosed as being part of the whole group.
