    fyi Gulara Pty Ltd is a subsiduary of DB...Gulara made its original purchase of CRE in June 2007...321M shares for $122M!!!

    IMO DB pushed so hard for t/o so that they had a more liquid vehicle (FML) thru which to dump their CRE stake
