Why the ASX?, page-2

Generally it's cheaper, easier and faster than in the USA.. Less rules and conditions are easier to meet. They start here and when they get to where they need to be they then list in the USA as well. I also believe they need to have a certain amount of history behind them to list so that will take how ever long it takes.. Market cap also needs to be a certain level, as well as profit i believe.. Not 100% sure here just what I think I know without looking anything up...

So start here, grow, then list there as well... Simple..
