Fixed two year Rate, repaying Principal & Interest with Westpac Bank for a Property "To Live In" (their terminology to distinguish from an investment property)was was 2% 12 months ago today the same rate is 3.29%.
Wake up Australia the big banks don't care what the Reserve Bank of Australia is doing or not doing.
Yeah there may be cheaper rates on the market by tier 2 providers but when you add up all the associated fees and you review there onerous terms there's not much difference to what you will pay.
