Covid Property Bubble is deflating.

A few have already changed to Price Reduction or Contract Crashed.
If the RBA Cash Rate gets to 1.5% to 2% by year end it's going to be a hard landing.
When most central banks have already used up all the tools they have raising rates is the only measure they have left to counter raising inflation.
US Federal Reserve Meeting this week if they do another 0.50% rise Aus will probably follow.
