Australian House Prices are out of control,
And when compared to the rest of the World, look plain stupid.
Our dollar gets us less than half the House it would anywhere else in the World.
Is our dollar near worthless?
Our New Houses are built on far too small blocks,
With developers somehow being allowed to go smaller and smaller on Block Sizes,
Causing Dangerous Slums,
And a Horrible Eyesore....
It looks silly to have a country with so much land per person,
yet have these pathetic new estates have block sizes so small that the houses nearly touch,
And overlap eachother.
The Council should never have approved such small blocks,
Or the low quality estates,
Where greedy developers have pushed it too far.
Rough areas such as Logan,
Have had House prices pretty much double in the last 12 Months.
Real Estate Agents were misleading "Investors" who had not done their research.
Many were from Sydney and Victoria,
And payed $200 000 Over what people paid just streets away a couple of weeks earlier.
They need to look into these real Estates who have been Ripping people-off.
And also look into a lot of their other deceptive practices
Such as hiding the cheaper sales,
Saying price with-held, etc.
Greedy Sellers and Landlords need to drop the prices significantly,
Or rates will continue to rise,
And EVERYONE else will pay for their greed.
What sort of an @$$hole greedy landlord,
Charges what it costs to buy a brand new home,
For their old crappy run down place,
That they paid less than a quarter of what they charge for rent?
People are paying off 4 Homes for each one they rent these greedy bastards,
that's the problem.
