Maybe 15 years in mining taught me nothing, maybe I'm overlooking the detail but I saw rising costs associated with recapitilisation (nothing new) and expedited development costs at Challenger along with some minor regulatory delay at Chatree in October.
This decline smells of algorithmic trading. I look at the trades and I look at the bids and offers and the same bids appear time and again on both sides of the ledger. The price will go where the algorithms take it. There is no price discovery in this market. Retail traders don't have deep enough pockets to influence price. The price of this company can rise just as quickly as it falls. Buy when you feel it's undervalued and sell when you think it's over valued. Today I think it's undervalued, so I bought a nice parcel.
