Its only fallen because of the raising by Mirvac. The instos have to raise cash for their cheap shares, so they sell down their holdings (profit or loss) to raise for a certain profit.....Happens all the time.

I bght 200 more today at 11.55

look for more if it goes cheaper.......easy 8 or 9% yield better than money in the bank.

In 4 years there might only be 4 or 5 REITS left and WDC will be the biggest of the lot.
