Yes, saw that (they sold down to 5.22%). I think they tend to be medium-term investors. They will not hesitate to take capital gains when they feel the time is right. This, together with their short selling, can be disruptive to the SP. I would rather they weren't on the share register, but that is just my opinion.
If the company does well, it shouldn't matter too much what a 5% shareholder does.
