i wonder how djs christmas sales will go this year, i went into my local djs on the saturday and it looked pretty much deserted, the only people there were a few people at the cafe buying coffee and cake for $6.50, and others that i saw at the cash register were just buying cheap stuff like xmas decorations and cards, there was absolutely not one shopper at mens wear, (mens shoes, suits, wallets etc..

there was absolutely no one at electricals except the staff
there was absolutely no one who was really interested in the crystal, china and homewares section.
There were a few women around the cosmetics and perfumes, and womans clothes ill admit, but i dodnt see any action at any cash register.

i mean the place looked like a ghost town, and i did see alot of markdowns,like i saw a mens leather jacket that was like $300 down to $199.

This was in a djs in one of the suburbs of a major capital city. If djs issue another guidance downgrade in early 2012, this will hit $2.10-$2.20 mark for sure.
