Market pricing in downward revision in valuations IMO. Might be the Amazon effect. Who knows? REITS are definitely out of favour right here and now though. There is also the prospect of global rate rises - perfect storm really. Rates are going nowhere in the LT here in Oz though IMO so real assets will eventually be sought after.. patience required.
