yes a lot of good bargains today in the property sector, I think it was because of a triple wammy.
EOFY selling
Talk of interest rate hikes in the US and here
And the overall market was down.
And 4th because retail is soft, so shopping centres co's were sold off.
the big question is, is the bottom in, or is this the start of a bigger down leg to come?
any thoughts?
I was a buyer today but only small lots for me.
