Today`s jump was due to Steel Rebar features had a rocketed up over this week, Also Vale has said that it will mothball some of the IO mines that had high production cost. This week have been the lowest seaborne IO capacity.
So that means the supply is diminishing because of the IO crash, this is causing the IO features go up.
