I guess I didnt think about that. I guess being a percentage of the overall holdings, it would have to be the percentage of the total dollar holdings. Therefore I would think it would be in $ terms.
Wouldnt a fund normally state the % in terms of dollars ?
If a fund had CSL and Afterpay, one is approx 15 times the Value of the other, so I wouldnt have thought that volume would have been used as a comparison tool when describing %’s. In this case to have APT as the largest % holding by volume, you would need 15 times the number of CSL.
Good question that I hadnt even considered. I assumed that it would have been holdings in dollar terms.
