linc and cxy aren't at the same stage at all.
cxy is possibly as much as 6 months away from their trial burn which will last for a minimum 3 months and possibly much longer.
linc have been burning for ages and are soon to finalize the commissioning of a demo plant.
so it is far from fact to suggest cxy are at or even near the same stage as linc.
