ARR is growing at a decent clip, but it has not met the rule of 40 for a SaaS business, and as mentioned, already trading at a decent multiple to revenues
Hard to know where valuation goes once that inflection point is met (profitability and rule of 40), as it does seem to be building some moat around their clients (esp their smaller clients that sign up to the all in one platform), but again, this could be a great company and a bad investment if you overpay
