We are all wondering why it has not broken out yet looking at the technical charts, its all looking good. I would say the only reason is because the investor reporting season is coming up and investors are just holding off a little while they wait for reports to come out.
I would say that it could really breakout as I don't expect to many shocks in the reports season for this month.
