Can anyone please explain why a capital raising is required.
China non ferous owns 19.9% of ord and have board and management control. They are only interested in the Laos resource in my opinion. Should this project eventuate and I believe it will, they will never pay a dividend.
Why only aust and nz residents to raise capital from and how does this relate to funds available from china non ferous metals.
Surely this capital raising will dilute their share holding or is that the plan for some reason ?
