Your right in one respect the overall favours the upside but it's trading in that 40-50 range now and it looks due for an uptick maybe back to high 40's.

I think we will see some great news come on for Centro as their assets and funds they have are wanted items in a market where equities have become a high risk.

I am looking for short term though and hope there is a bidder to buy them out as we could see bids as high as 2bucks
