    Short sellers do not seem very active in RCR. So, the sellers are winning and it seems a mystery exactly why as all recent announcements have been positive. Admittedly, it was probably overpriced but the PE is now around 14 and sales growth is heading toward 10%. Also paying a modest dividend.
    So just what is going on?? Me thinks a shit contract about to implode. Those wasters at the ASX should maybe inquire.
