    be greedy when others are fearful, RCR will bounce soon, admittedly it probably has some leveling to do before it can bounce but i think we are seeing the signs of accumulation now, last three days have had significant enough volume, i think some good volume closes today and perhaps tomorrow will reflect the bottom.

    Ill be buying at close just like i did the last few closes
