    Only 165mil shares on issue, so its not hard for significant gains or declines to occur over the course of a month or two, if there is a dominant buyer or seller.

    On the weekly chart it is close to its 200EMA, 3.14 daily gap has  been closed, yesterdays volume highest since early March.

    imo this should go back up to $3.80
