CO2 mixes in the atmosphere from natural and man-made sources. The IEA needs to play catch-up and tell everyone why man-made sources are so slow to mix with the general atmosphere. It'd be interesting to know about the time lag before Mauna Loa recording station can detect changes from man-made sources. Can anyone identify how atmospheric physics can answer the question ?
