    Hazarding a guess here , but I thought this would have been a done deal by know given all the positive corporate spiel

    1. MAY facing bureaucracy over obtaining final permit from Cuban Government .
    2. Final Permit needed for preferred Farmin partner.
    3. Farmin partner(s) partners playing games - the longer they wait the more desperate our cash position.
    4. Farmin partners offer not acceptable to MAY .
