Interesting theory but I got this from the CNN site and tend to believe that CSCO will not have a major negative impact on the market tonight.
"The much-anticipated quarterly report from Cisco Systems (CSCO: up $0.71 to $12.07, Research, Estimates) came in better-than-expected after the close of trading. Techonology stocks in general enjoyed moves to the upside as did nearly all the 30 blue chips in the Dow."
