Then you wouldn't have to add in the brick assets they bought in USA. As i understand it BKW bought it out of 'profits' at a cheaper than trading value so the value of BKW increase's,even if they have a dilution. And now SOL has a big % of that value accredited their books ?
I bought BKW in stead of topping up SOL.
